One of five very special, low-mileage, single-collection early Z-cars headed to auction at Bid Garage, this 1976 280Z 2+2 has the lowest odometer reading of the group, recording an actual, documented 2,507 miles from new.
The car’s highly preserved, totally original condition is a reflection of this impressive, well documented figure, as well as the care that’s been lavished on it from new. Fully stock and unmolested down to an engine bay full of factory marked parts such as hoses, lines, and filters, the car also retains its original Code 305 Light Blue Metallic and hard-to-find OEM wheel covers.
Noteworthy details include factory wheel chocks still sealed in their bags, rare factory cork-topped road flares, and all four original Toyo tires (currently unmounted). Though four-plus decades-old, cadmium plating and decals appear factory-fresh.
Sale includes full maintenance history from new, as well as all original manuals, handbooks, etc. According to the seller, the car is in full working order and runs and drives as well as it looks.
